Goscored — Terms of Use

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Goscored ("App", "Service", "we", "us", or "our"), a photo analysis application developed and operated globally. These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and Goscored governing your access to and use of the App and all related services.

By registering, downloading, accessing, or using the Goscored App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the App and delete your account.

These Terms apply to all users globally. Where local laws impose additional obligations, those obligations shall apply in addition to these Terms.

2. Eligibility

To use the Goscored App, you must:

Be at least 18 years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher;
Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
Not be prohibited from using the App under any applicable laws;
Provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet all eligibility requirements. Goscored reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in breach of these eligibility criteria without prior notice.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the core features of Goscored, you must create an account using a valid email address or apple account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials;
All activities that occur under your account;
Promptly notifying Goscored of any unauthorized access or security breach via our support channels;
Ensuring your registered email address or apple account remains accurate and accessible.

Goscored is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. You may not transfer your account to any third party without express written consent from Goscored.

4. Description of Services

Goscored is a dating and self-improvement platform that uses artificial intelligence and algorithmic models to assist users with profile presentation, conversation, and personal development in dating, business, and social contexts. The App provides:

An Overall Score and Potential Score for each uploaded photo;
Reply Generator: AI-generated suggested replies, conversation openers, and pick-up lines produced in response to screenshots of dating-app or messaging conversations, or photographs, that you upload to the App (the "Reply Generator");
AI Dating Coach: An interactive chat interface through which you may exchange text messages with an AI-powered virtual dating coach that responds with conversational guidance on dating-related topics (the "AI Dating Coach").

All scores, ratings, suggested replies, pick-up lines, coaching responses, and other recommendations produced by the App are generated by automated systems and are intended solely for informational, entertainment, and self-improvement purposes. They do not constitute professional advice of any kind — including, without limitation, psychological, therapeutic, medical, legal, or relationship-counselling advice — and should not be treated as definitive assessments of, or recommendations for, any individual, conversation, or situation.

4A. AI Processing and Third-Party AI Services

4A.1 Use of Artificial Intelligence

The Goscored App uses artificial intelligence and machine learning systems to analyse photographs, screenshots, and text submitted by users, and to generate suggested replies, pick-up lines, and coaching responses. All photo scoring, attribute analysis, improvement recommendations, generated reply suggestions, and AI Dating Coach responses are produced by automated AI models. These outputs are probabilistic in nature and are intended solely for informational, entertainment, and self-improvement purposes.

4A.2 Third-Party AI Providers

To deliver photo analysis, reply suggestions, and AI Dating Coach responses, Goscored may transmit your uploaded photographs, screenshots, conversation text, chat messages, and related inputs to one or more third-party AI service providers. These providers process your submissions solely for the purpose of generating the requested output (such as scores, suggested replies, or coaching responses). Third-party AI providers currently used by Goscored may include cloud-based machine learning platforms, large language model APIs, and computer vision APIs. Goscored will update this section when the specific providers used change materially.

4A.3 Data Shared with Third-Party AI

When you use AI-powered features of the App, the following data may be transmitted to third-party AI services:

The photographs you submit for scoring;
Screenshots and images you upload to the Reply Generator, including any visible text, message threads, profile content, or other information contained within them;
Text messages, prompts, and chat content you submit to the AI Dating Coach, including any personal details you choose to share within those messages;
Technical metadata associated with images (such as file format and resolution);

Goscored does not transmit your name, email address, or account credentials to third-party AI providers in connection with the delivery of these features. You are responsible for the content you upload or input; you should not include sensitive personal data, financial information, government identifiers, or other confidential information in screenshots or chat messages submitted to the App.

4A.4 Your Consent

By uploading a photograph for analysis, submitting a screenshot or photo to the Reply Generator, or sending a message to the AI Dating Coach, you explicitly consent to your submission being processed by Goscored's AI systems and any third-party AI providers used to deliver the requested output. You will also be asked to confirm this consent within the App before your first use of each AI-powered feature. If you do not consent to AI processing of your submissions, you should not use the relevant feature.

4A.5 AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

All scores, ratings, potential scores, recommendations, suggested replies, pick-up lines, and coaching responses produced by the App are AI-generated outputs. They do not constitute factual assessments of any individual's appearance, attractiveness, character, intentions, or suitability for any purpose, nor do they constitute professional advice. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, biased, inappropriate for the context, or factually wrong. Goscored makes no warranty as to the accuracy, appropriateness, or reliability of any AI-generated output.

4B. Reply Generator and AI Dating Coach

4B.1 Reply Generator

The Reply Generator allows you to upload a screenshot of a conversation (for example, from a dating app or messaging platform) or a photograph, and receive AI-generated suggested replies, conversation openers, or pick-up lines. The suggestions produced are illustrative options only. You are not required to use any suggestion, and you remain solely responsible for any message you ultimately choose to send to any third party, whether in original, modified, or unmodified form.

4B.2 AI Dating Coach

The AI Dating Coach is an interactive text-based chat feature powered by artificial intelligence. It is designed to provide conversational, general-purpose guidance on topics relating to dating, communication, profile presentation, and similar subjects. The AI Dating Coach is not a human being, is not a licensed counsellor, therapist, psychologist, or medical professional, and does not establish any professional, fiduciary, therapeutic, or counselling relationship with you.

4B.3 No Professional Advice; Entertainment and Self-Improvement Only

Suggestions, replies, pick-up lines, and coaching responses generated by the App are provided for entertainment, informational, and self-improvement purposes only. They do not constitute, and must not be relied upon as, professional advice of any kind, including psychological, therapeutic, psychiatric, medical, legal, financial, or relationship-counselling advice. You should consult appropriately qualified professionals for advice relating to your specific circumstances.

4B.4 Mental Health and Crisis Notice

The AI Dating Coach is not a crisis service, mental-health resource, or emergency support service. If you are experiencing emotional distress, a mental-health crisis, thoughts of self-harm or suicide, or are in immediate danger, you must not rely on the AI Dating Coach. Contact your local emergency services or an appropriate crisis helpline in your jurisdiction without delay.

4B.5 Screenshots and Third-Party Content

Screenshots you upload to the Reply Generator may contain personal data, images, profile details, or messages belonging to or depicting third parties (for example, the other participant in a conversation). By uploading such content, you represent and warrant that:

You have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to upload the screenshot or image and to have it processed by Goscored and its third-party AI providers;
The screenshot does not depict, reference, or contain content of any individual under the age of 18;
The upload does not infringe the privacy, confidentiality, intellectual property, or other rights of any third party;
The upload does not breach the terms of service of the platform from which the screenshot was taken, where such breach would be unlawful;
You are not using the feature to harass, stalk, defame, deceive, manipulate, impersonate, blackmail, sexually exploit, or otherwise harm any individual.

You acknowledge that Goscored cannot verify the consent of any third party depicted or referenced in content you upload, and that responsibility for any such consent rests with you.

4B.6 User Responsibility for Outcomes

You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for any decision to send, share, modify, or act upon any AI-generated reply, pick-up line, or coaching response;
Goscored does not guarantee any particular outcome, including but not limited to romantic, social, or interpersonal results, response rates, matches, dates, or relationships;
Goscored is not responsible for the reactions, decisions, or conduct of any third party who receives a message originating from, or inspired by, AI-generated output;
AI-generated content may, despite Goscored's safeguards, occasionally produce output that is inaccurate, inappropriate, offensive, or unsuited to your particular situation, and you should review every suggestion critically before acting on it.

4B.7 Content You Share with the AI Dating Coach

You should not share with the AI Dating Coach any information that you would not wish to be processed by an AI system or its third-party providers. This includes, without limitation, government-issued identifiers, payment-card details, passwords, precise location data, health information, or other highly sensitive personal data. Information you input is processed in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

4B.8 Conversation History and Storage

Goscored may retain a history of your interactions with the Reply Generator and AI Dating Coach in order to provide continuity within the App, improve the quality of responses, and operate the Service. You may delete your interaction history in accordance with the controls provided within the App and the data deletion rights described in our Privacy Policy and in Section 10 of these Terms.

4B.9 Limits and Availability

Access to the Reply Generator and AI Dating Coach may be subject to subscription requirements, usage limits, content filters, and technical controls, and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued in whole or in part at any time in accordance with these Terms. Specific usage standards for these features are addressed in Section 5A (Fair Use Policy).

5. Subscription Plans and Payments

Access to photo scores and analysis results requires an active subscription plan. The following terms apply to all subscriptions:

5.1 Subscription Activation

Users must select and activate a paid subscription plan before viewing any photo score or analysis result. Uploaded photos will be queued and results will be accessible upon successful subscription activation.

5.2 Billing and Renewal

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You authorize Goscored to charge your payment method on file for each renewal period.

How to Cancel Your Subscription: If you subscribed via the Apple App Store, you must cancel through your Apple ID subscription settings. To do so, open the Settings app on your iOS device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, select Goscored, and tap Cancel Subscription. You may also manage your subscription at https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you will retain access to paid features until that date. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel your subscription — you must cancel through your Apple ID settings to stop future charges.

5.3 Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Goscored reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the App after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5.4 Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, it will be specified at the time of sign-up. Upon expiry of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless cancelled before the trial period ends.

5A. Fair Use Policy

5A.1 Purpose

Goscored's Annual Plan is offered on an "unlimited" basis, meaning subscribers may submit an unlimited number of photos for scoring and analysis, generate an unlimited number of suggested replies through the Reply Generator, and exchange an unlimited number of messages with the AI Dating Coach during their subscription period. This unlimited entitlement is intended for genuine personal use — specifically, to allow individuals to iteratively improve their photos, conversations, and dating-related self-development across dating, business, and social contexts without restriction.

This Fair Use Policy exists to protect the integrity, performance, and availability of the Goscored Service for all users. It is not intended to limit ordinary personal use in any way. The overwhelming majority of users will never approach the thresholds described in this section.

5A.2 What Constitutes Fair Use

Fair use of the Goscored Service includes, without limitation:

Uploading and scoring your own personal photographs for the purpose of self-improvement;
Re-uploading edited or updated versions of photos to track score improvement over time;
Uploading photos from a single album, portfolio, or dating profile for comparative analysis;
Using the Transform feature (where available) on photos you have uploaded and scored;
Uploading screenshots of your own dating-app or messaging conversations to the Reply Generator in order to receive suggested replies, openers, or pick-up lines;
Engaging in conversational sessions with the AI Dating Coach for personal guidance and self-improvement on dating-related topics.

5A.3 What Constitutes Excessive or Abusive Use

The following activities fall outside the scope of fair personal use and are not permitted under any subscription plan, including the Annual Plan:

Automated or bulk submissions: Using scripts, bots, APIs, macros, or any automated process to submit photos, screenshots, or chat messages, or to generate replies or coach interactions, in bulk or at a rate that exceeds normal human usage patterns;
Commercial resale: Submitting photos, screenshots, or chat content on behalf of third parties for commercial gain, operating a resale service built on Goscored's analysis or AI-generated output, or using Goscored's output as a commercial product or API without a separate commercial agreement with Goscored;
Third-party processing at scale: Uploading photos, screenshots, or conversations belonging to, or depicting, large numbers of different individuals for the purpose of bulk scoring, bulk reply generation, or data harvesting;
Stress testing or systematic probing: Deliberately submitting high volumes of photos, screenshots, or chat messages to test system capacity, probe infrastructure, or map model behaviour;
Data extraction: Systematically extracting, aggregating, or storing Goscored's analysis output, generated replies, or coaching responses for the purpose of training competing AI models, building derivative datasets, or commercial intelligence gathering;
Account sharing: Sharing a single account or subscription across multiple individuals, households, or organisations as a means of circumventing per-user pricing.

5A.4 Indicative Usage Standards

Goscored's Annual Plan is designed for genuine personal use by an individual user. While the plan provides generous access to photo analysis, usage that appears inconsistent with normal personal behaviour — including unusually high submission volumes, repetitive bulk uploads, or patterns suggesting automated or commercial use — may be reviewed by Goscored and may be considered outside the scope of fair personal use.

Goscored does not publish specific numeric thresholds for photo submissions. Usage is assessed holistically based on patterns, frequency, and context rather than against fixed limits. Occasional intensive use — for example, during a period of active profile optimisation — will not ordinarily be considered inconsistent with personal fair use.

To maintain a high quality of service for all users, Goscored applies technical usage controls within the App. These controls are set generously above normal personal usage levels and are designed to be invisible to genuine personal users. Users who reach a usage threshold will be notified within the App and advised when their access will next be available.

5A.5 Goscored's Rights on Detection of Excessive Use

Where Goscored determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a user's activity falls outside fair personal use, Goscored reserves the right to take one or more of the following steps:

Contact the user directly to discuss usage patterns before taking any further action;
Apply temporary rate limiting to the account to restore normal service levels for other users;
Request that the user upgrade to a commercial or enterprise plan appropriate to their usage;
Suspend or terminate the account in cases of deliberate abuse, automated access, or commercial resale without prior agreement.

Goscored will endeavour to notify the user and provide a reasonable opportunity to respond before taking any action under this section, except in cases of clear and deliberate abuse where immediate action is necessary to protect the Service.

5A.6 Commercial and Enterprise Use

If you intend to use Goscored for commercial purposes — including but not limited to photography businesses, talent agencies, professional coaching services, or building products that incorporate Goscored's analysis — you must contact Goscored in advance to discuss a commercial or enterprise licensing arrangement. Use of the Service for commercial purposes under a personal subscription plan is not permitted.

5A.7 Relationship to Acceptable Use Policy

This Fair Use Policy supplements and should be read alongside Section 6 (Acceptable Use Policy). In the event of any conflict between this section and Section 6, the more restrictive provision shall apply.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use the Goscored App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

Upload photos or screenshots depicting nudity, sexual content, violence, or any illegal or harmful material;
Upload photos, screenshots, or chat messages depicting, referencing, or otherwise involving any individual under the age of 18;
Use the App to harass, bully, stalk, defame, threaten, deceive, manipulate, impersonate, blackmail, or otherwise harm any individual;
Use the Reply Generator or AI Dating Coach to craft messages intended to deceive, defraud, coerce, sexually exploit, groom, or unlawfully pressure another person;
Upload screenshots of conversations, profiles, or other content where you do not have the right to do so, or in violation of any third party's privacy, confidentiality, or intellectual property rights;
Upload non-consensual intimate images or any content that depicts private sexual material of any person;
Submit prompts to the AI Dating Coach, or attempt to manipulate any AI feature, in order to elicit content that is illegal, sexual, sexualised in relation to minors, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise prohibited under these Terms;
Attempt to "jailbreak", bypass safety filters, or otherwise circumvent the intended operation of Goscored's AI features;
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the App or its underlying systems;
Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract data from the App or to interact with the Reply Generator or AI Dating Coach;
Upload photos or screenshots without the consent of any identifiable individuals depicted therein, where such consent is required;
Use the App in any manner that could disable, overburden, or impair its functionality;
Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws or regulations.

Goscored reserves the right to remove any content and suspend or terminate any account that violates this Acceptable Use Policy without notice or liability.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the App, including but not limited to software, design, trademarks, logos, algorithms, scoring methodology, prompts, model configurations, text, and graphics, are owned by or licensed to Goscored. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in the App or its content.

By uploading a photo or screenshot to the App, or by submitting text to the AI Dating Coach, you grant Goscored a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to use, process, transmit, analyse, and store your submission solely for the purpose of delivering the requested output (including scoring, suggested replies, pick-up lines, or coaching responses) and operating and improving our Services. This licence terminates when you delete the relevant content or your account, subject to data retention obligations.

You retain all ownership rights in the photos, screenshots, and chat messages you submit. You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to upload or submit any such content to the App.

As between you and Goscored, and to the extent permitted by applicable law, Goscored does not claim ownership of the specific AI-generated replies, pick-up lines, or coaching responses produced for you through the App; subject to your compliance with these Terms, you may use those outputs for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge, however, that AI-generated outputs are non-unique, may be similar or identical to outputs produced for other users, and may not be eligible for protection as original works under applicable copyright law. Goscored makes no representation or warranty that AI-generated outputs are free of third-party rights, and you are solely responsible for your use of any such output.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

8.1 Nature of Analysis and AI-Generated Content

Goscored's photo analysis, suggested replies, pick-up lines, and AI Dating Coach responses are generated by artificial intelligence and algorithmic models. All scores, ratings, recommendations, generated replies, and coaching responses are subjective, probabilistic outputs and must not be construed as factual assessments of any person's appearance, character, intentions, or professional or relational suitability, nor as professional advice of any kind. Goscored makes no warranties as to the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated output, including but not limited to outputs of the Reply Generator or the AI Dating Coach. You are solely responsible for any action you take, or refrain from taking, in reliance on such outputs.

8.2 No Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GOSCORED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF GOSCORED HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO GOSCORED IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Goscored, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the App; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you upload to the App.

10. Termination

Goscored may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately. Termination does not entitle you to any refund of subscription fees paid.

10.1 Account Deletion by User

You have the right to delete your account at any time directly within the App. The account deletion option is accessible via: Settings. Initiating account deletion will permanently erase your account record and all associated personal data, including uploaded photos, analysis history, and profile information, subject to our legal data retention obligations as described in the Privacy Policy.

Important — Subscription Before Deletion: If you have an active subscription purchased through the Apple App Store, deleting your account will not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel your subscription separately through your Apple ID settings before or after deleting your account to stop future billing. Goscored is not responsible for charges incurred as a result of failing to cancel an active subscription prior to account deletion.

Account deletion requests are processed within 30 days. Some data may be retained beyond this period where required by applicable law (e.g. financial records). See Section 6 of our Privacy Policy for full retention details.

Sections 7, 8, 9, 11, and 12 shall survive termination of these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the App, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with internationally recognised arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.

12. Modifications to Terms

Goscored reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email or in-App notification. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.

13. Third-Party Services and Links

The Goscored App may integrate with or contain links to third-party services, websites, platforms, or content that are not owned or controlled by Goscored. This includes, but is not limited to, third-party payment processors, analytics providers, cloud infrastructure services, and email delivery platforms. These integrations are used solely to support the operation and delivery of the Goscored Service.

Goscored has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party services. We do not endorse any third-party services referenced within or linked from the App. You acknowledge and agree that Goscored shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of or reliance on any third-party content, goods, or services.
